Mental Fitness for Busy People Seven-Week Program
For Healthcare and Busy Professionals
Overview: It’s amazing how adept many healthcare, business and entrepreneur professionals are with handling multiple work demands and issues, however over the long haul most likely at a cost to self, family, friends, and/or associates!
Mental Fitness is the measure of how quickly you can shift from negative to positive responses in your daily communications, relationships, and challenges. It is a measure of the strength of building a positive mental muscle (Sage) and becoming acutely aware of negative mental statements to self and/or others (Saboteurs), which moves one into feeling stuck, second guessing, being unsettled and stressed. It is about developing the sage qualities, which allows for greater clarity, peace, inner attunement, fulfillment, and better decision making.
This virtual program takes place through weekly Zoom meetings and use of a friendly App involving a quick assessment to learn your saboteurs and engaging in a facilitated seven-week program. You will be with three-to-four other participants who are interested in identifying their saboteurs and actively doing something about them to gain a greater sense of resilience, productivity, and inner peace.

Mastering Life’s Adventures Podcast
Dr. Holder hosts a podcast on Mastering Life’s Adventures which is the title of her book on applied spirituality. Her educational podcast focuses on “Being Your Best Self through Soul Evolution” in the intersection of spirituality, psychology, wellness, and your life’s adventures to gain greater self-mastery through the path of spiritual inquisitiveness to have greater meaning and direction in living one’s life. It is a podcast for all people in various stages in their life seeking for something more.
